The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dan Dan patiently explained the products' pros and cons, and showed us the differences among various models. I had a great experience here.

Thank you so much to Rainar (Sim Lim Square) for his patience and helpful explanation. Nice to know the product I bought is a Singapore brand.
