Overview
A one-hour consultation for a single living room, bedroom or study: which INNOVATIVE projector and screen suit your space, what size, and where to place it.
How it works
- After payment we WhatsApp you within one working day to fix a time.
- Before the session, send photos and rough measurements of the room.
- One-hour session in our showroom at Sim Lim Square #05-55, or by video call.
- You receive a written shortlist of two or three options with placement notes the same day.
- You receive a credit code worth the full fee, valid 30 days on any INNOVATIVE projector or screen.
Fee is inclusive of GST. Refunded in full if we cannot recommend a suitable INNOVATIVE product; otherwise not refundable once the session is delivered. Our recommendation is based on the information you provide; please see the shortlist live in the showroom before deciding.

How Our Support Works
1 — Frontline Check
Visit us anytime. Most setup or usage questions are solved immediately by our customer service team.
2 — Technician Diagnostics
If deeper testing is needed, your projector will be checked in for technical evaluation. Repairs typically take 1–3 working days, depending on the issue.
3 — Quick Resolution
When no repair is required, most customers have their issue solved within the same day.

Your coverage may end, but our support does not.
Even if your projector is 8 years old or more, we continue to assist with:
- Free diagnostic checks
- Practical, honest recommendations

If no repair is needed, there is no charge — just simple, friendly help.
Free Lifetime Service for INNOVATIVE Owners
Warranty ends. Service doesn't. As the original owner of an INNOVATIVE projector, registered with us or holding your receipt, you get free repair labour, calibration at our Singapore lab, diagnostics and how-to help for life. Parts are quoted before any work starts.
Trade-In Appreciation Program
For older models that are no longer recommended for repair, we offer a Trade-In Appreciation Discount.
